Customer Agreement Policy

  • JGVA refers to Joey Gibbons Ventures Amalgamated, which includes The London Tap House companies and locations as a business entity.
  • LTH refers to the website www.londontaphouse.com (owned by JGVA) and any subdomains, folders, and files located under the top-level domain LTH.com
  • The customer or you refers to you, the end-user of LTH and a customer of JGVA. Some references to "you" may also refer to your party.
  • Your party refers to guests that are a part of the reservation that you purchased from LTH.
  • Admin refers to the administrators of LTH who have managerial authority to act as a representative of LTH.
  • The venue refers to a particular location (such as The London Tap House in Hamilton) owned and operated by JGVA.
  • Venue management refers to the operation managers of a particular venue.
  1. LTH is for providing services, products, and packages for JGVA.
  2. LTH will also sell services, products, and packages that are accepted by JGVA but are for charitable purposes of a 3rd party organization. These services, products, and packages will be clearly labeled as such.
  3. All services, products, and packages purchased under LTH will be honoured only if the conditions specified for that particular service, product, or package are met. I.E. The customer may not redeem a party package reservation on a date that is different from what is specified for the reservation.
  4. Changes to your reservation must be approved by an admin. Changes can include but are not limited to date, number of people attending, discounts, add-ons, and/or reservation name.
  5. In the event that the reservation is cancelled by the customer less than 7 days before the reservation date, 75% of the purchased package will be refunded while 25% is retained as a deposit. If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the reservation date, 50% of the purchased package will be refunded while 50% is retained as a deposit. If the customer chooses to reschedule or exchange the party package without a refund, there is no penalty. This is non-negotiable.
  6. While the customer may enjoy certain privileges with their reservation such as line bypass or pre-paid cover, extenuating circumstances do not guarantee immediate access to our venues. Extenuating circumstances include building capacity, dress code, customer intoxication/behaviour, or persona non grata.
  7. If you arrive to redeem your valid reservation and are denied access to the venue, action will be taken to compensate for your pre-purchased package. The most common action will be a rescheduled booking date or exchange. Refunds will be given only in extreme scenarios with admin approval.
  8. Your reservation is a privilege, not a right. Having a reservation does not entitle you to access restricted areas unavailable to your party, nor does it allow you to treat the venue, its guests, and its staff any differently.
  9. There will be floors/areas inside the venue that are subject to capacity. Venue management may choose to grant your party line bypass to these floors/areas, however immediate access can not be guaranteed.
  10. If you did not receive all the benefits in your reservation, JGVA will take appropriate action to ensure you have received the benefits or value of your package.
  11. Please treat the venue and its staff with respect and you will be treated in the same manner. If you feel that any staff member has disrespected you (regardless of their position), we encourage you to contact us ASAP.
  12. Inappropriate behaviour inside our venue such as violence, theft, or extreme intoxication is an ejectable offense. Reservations are non-refundable in this scenario.
  13. Information collected by LTH will not be given to a 3rd party. All information stored within LTH is confidential and is not shared outside of JGVA. Passwords are stored securely using one-way encryption and can not be decrypted if LTH information is compromised in any fashion.
  14. We will contact you concerning their reservation or for any future reservations by email and/or phone. We may also contact you for contests or other promotion, as usage of LTH automatically registers you for our weekly draw.
  15. If you wish to remove your information from LTH please contact the developer with your information and your reason for the request.
  16. If you wish to no longer be contacted by JGVA please submit a written request and email to your respective London Tap House location, as well as following the instructions above.
  17. JGVA wishes for you to have a memorable experience at our locations. Your submission will be taken very seriously and we will try our absolute best to throw you an amazing party.
